The Order, Approval and Delivery Process

Placing an order from our online store is quick and simple. If you are purchasing custom printed sleeves, we will work with you step by step until delivery of the final product.

  1. Be sure and upload your artwork file that contains the graphic/image that you want to appear on the sleeve front and, for two-sided printing, back. You can upload the file before or after you submit your order but we cannot begin working on your order until we have your artwork in a format that we can process. We can accept artwork file submissions in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, EPS, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, or PDF format.
  2. Once we receive your order with completed payment as well as your artwork file(s), we create a sample sleeve and provide a PDF document with a color scan of your sleeve for your approval. This sample sleeve PDF is typically produced within 24-48 hours after your order is placed and your artwork is uploaded.
  3. If you would like to alter your artwork and re-upload a new version, you can do that. We will produce a new sleeve proof and you will be able to review it again.
  4. Once you have approved a sleeve proof, we queue your order for a sleeve production run, at which point we can no longer make changes to the sleeve artwork. A normal sleeve order is usually produced within 3-5 business days after proof approval and then shipped to you.
